Teaching Reformer Pilates

Using a Reformer as part of a Pilates session is challenging and fun, when used correctly with an experienced teacher. July Classes

All classes and Private sessions are as normal on Tynwald day. But Thursday 6pm class this coming week. Those off on Tynwald day can do Tuesday at 10.30am instead. All other classes and privates are the same as usual. Those who do in studio classes, we have extra arm and leg springs on wall for extra fun and great full body connection.
