A Reminder that we teach Pilates Matwork on classical Pilates Mats so you get to experience the work properly in your body. Our mats are from Legacy Pilates and are the same as shown in the FB pictures 🙂💜

Christmas and New Years Sessions
All privates and small group classes in studio are running as usual today and tomorrow. Saturday and Sunday pre- booked sessions are on. The studio is closed on Monday and Tuesday and open as normal on Wednesday. Wishing everyone a great New Year, let’s get 1% better everyday 💜

Last Pilates classes for two weeks
Don’t forget Thursday at 4.30pm & 6.00pm will be last Pilates classes for two weeks. So get your last Pilates fix in before I go away. Classes and privates resume as normal from the 6th October when I am back. 👊🏻

Just a reminder I will be away from 25th September until 6th October. I will be in Massachusetts in America visiting Jacaobs Pillow where Joseph Pilates taught classes to dancers in the summer.
