No big classes are running over the TT fortnight but privates are carrying on as normal. You can take this opportunity to book a private or semi private session and get to try all the Pilates machines. 💋

Monday at Follan Tromode industrial estate. 4.30pm 6.00pm 7.05pm Tuesday morning at Follan Tromode Industrial estate. 9.30am Tuesday evening at king Edward bay golf club 4.30pm 6.00pm Mats are provided unless you want to wear zips in your exercise pants then please bring your own mat along with you.
