Regular Mat class is for classes of 10 Each person has an authentic Pilates Mat with the addition of the small barrel, magic circle, gondola pole and small pilates pole.
The studio has weights and everything else but it is always ok to bring your own light hand weights to the classroom. The classroom is at a different location to the studio. If you want to add a bit extra to your mat or barrel class bring your own light hand weights.
This is for groups of 4 and includes leg and arm springs with small studio apparatus.
A polite reminder that classes only work well when they are full and paid for.
