The Archival Magic Square as used by Joseph Pilates. Great to have one in the studio. I first tried this at Joseph Pilates Massachusetts studio location. Now I have on in my studio on Isle of Man, which is very cool. Really helps you understand and feel the true work of his method in your body. Did you know Joseph Pilates designed his own Pilates Mats. There was various ones all of which had a strap on the bottom. I am so excited for my American vacation and to meet amazing international colleagues at a Pilates Conference. Timetable for last week of classes: Studio classes and privates will resume on 6th October. All Douglas classes will resume the week of the 9th of October.
