A little snippet of my recent visit to America to Joseph Pilates original studio in Becket with lots of his original equipment to re live the authentic exercises on. Learning on apparatus not many people from around the world have heard of or been on. The authentic exercises and sequences and hands on guidance to make the body work correctly. Getting to watch video of Joseph pilates teaching really adds clarity and value to you teaching his method. Hearing audio of his voice and how he taught and instructed is priceless. Plus learning the original exercises of the Junior reformer and hands on work in Rhinebeck Pilates where many of Joseph Pilates authentic original equipment is. The real work is here and it feels amazing in your body. I’m privileged I can pass on his true work. Which is not everywhere. His name is everywhere but not his method. I’m lucky I can share the true authentic Joseph Pilates Method on the Isle of man.
