My passion is keeping Pilates as close to the original method as we can. Joesph Pilates had an order and specific exercises incorporating the whole body; he left nothing out and neither do we. Weekly Authentic Pilates Class
Weekly Authentic Pilates class starting Wednesday 24th at Comis hotel Gym studio 10am-11am. Class is for anyone to join in and it’s pay as you go at reception within the gym. Keeping it Joe as always using his original authentic method. 💜
