A Reminder that we teach Pilates Matwork on classical Pilates Mats so you get to experience the work properly in your body. Our mats are from Legacy Pilates and are the same as shown in the FB pictures 🙂💜

The classes unfortunately clash with Christmas late night shopping and Christmas nativities. All privates and small groups will be continuing through Christmas and New year. Please contact me directly regarding small groups and privates.

Don’t forget Thursday at 4.30pm & 6.00pm will be last Pilates classes for two weeks. So get your last Pilates fix in before I go away. Classes and privates resume as normal from the 6th October when I am back. 👊🏻
