I shared on socials that I would be part of the teaching team for the World Record Pilates Class Attempt at Knockaloe and invited everyone to come along and be part of the event. As someone who loves sharing authentic Pilates and talking about all things Joe Pilates I had to be involved!

Today was such a fun day from start to finish and it was wonderful to be invited to teach alongside some fantastic fellow instructors and be part of an event that brought together so many people from across the Isle of Man.

One of the best parts of the day was having the chance to chat with people! I always enjoy talking about authentic Pilates, the work of Joseph Pilates, and how this amazing method can benefit people in their everyday lives. Thank you to everyone who stopped for a conversation or asked questions to learn more about the Pilates method.

We set out to achieve two world records and, while we didn’t quite manage both, we successfully achieved one of them—which is still an incredible accomplishment and something everyone involved should be proud of. Congratulations to everyone for achieving one world record in such a special location….I have a feeling this won’t be the last world record attempt on the Isle of Man.

I want to say thank you to everyone who took part in creating and supporting this attempt. Events like this don’t happen without the enthusiasm and support of individuals and the wider community, and it was fantastic to be part of it.

Here are a few photos from a brilliant day at Knockaloe!
