I teach Authentic Pilates, trying to keep true to the original Joseph Pilates Method. All equipment is based in my studio but I also offer mat classes in Douglas and Ramsey using authentic Pilates mats, small barrels and other small apparatus.
Everyone welcome is welcome to join in classes or book a private session. I teach at all levels of ability keeping my own skills up to date by training internationally with experienced teachers.
