I did other things before Pilates! Plus I had to go on a international journey of training for Pilates to find the real authentic Pilates. Our UK standard of Pilates unfortunately has had miscommunications over the years and has greatly moved away from what Joseph Pilates invented.
We never stop learning so my learning adventure is always fun.
