Here I am next to two great older pics and would like to welcome anyone who just wants to see some of the history of Pilates. I have many authentic replica pieces of large and small apparatus direct from Joseph Pilates apparatus. Especially the lesser known or available ones. It can be interesting to see it and even try it. Even the springs feel different to many modern ones. The studio walls are full of amazing photographs from Joseph Pilates studio in New York and from the Berkshire Hills. There are some modern ones too of great teachers like Blossom, Elaine and Kirk to name a few.
